Bethenny Frankel Addresses Rumors About Returning to RHONY

Bethenny Frankel is putting rumors to rest that she may be returning to the Real Housewives of New York.

The Skinnygirl founder shared on her Instagram stories and Twitter that she will not be coming back to the Bravo series.

She tweeted, “I posted on Insta that my being in talks w @BravoTV is false. I deleted there & took here Bc Haiti is what’s important & I don’t want to clutter msgs w false gossip. The leak is desperate for attention. I haven’t spoken to bravo since leaving & @Andy & I don’t discuss rhony.”

Her foundation, BStrong, is helping Haiti in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake that hit the island.

Bethenny Frankel first joined the show as an original New York Housewife when it debuted aired in 2008.

She departed the show in 2011 after its third season but then returned a few years later for its seventh season in 2015.

Frankel left again in 2019 because her contract negotiations didn’t go how she had planned. She said that the show became “not who she really was anymore.”

On Paris Hilton’s podcast, Frankel opened up by stating, “And now it’s something that … people have a preconceived notion about it and they know what’s going to happen.”

She said, “I mean, how many charity events can we go to? How many friends can we not support on vacations and how much drama do we want to avoid and then go right into the drama on the vacation. So … the time had come.”

Although Frankel said that she won’t be returning to the beloved series, fans are still holding out hope for her to come back on the show.
