Game of Throne stars Jason Momoa and Emilia Clarke Reunite

Jason Momoa, 42, and Emilia Clarke, 34, shared a sweet reunion this weekend while celebrating early for Game of Thrones co-creator David Benioff’s birthday.

Both actors referenced their characters’ relationships in their Instagram posts. Momoa captioned a series of photos, “MOON OF MY LIFE. You are wonderful love u forever” and included #smileyeyes. The pair are seen cozied up and Momoa is wearing a sailor’s cap.

In Clarke’s post, the actress can be seen in Momoa’s arms with the caption, “When your sun and stars rolls into town you check that he can still bench press a Khaleesi.” She also included a few hashtags including #theboysarebackintown and #likeheneverleft.

During Game of Throne’s run time from 2011 to 2019, Clarke starred as the “Mother of Dragons,” Daenerys Targaryen. Momoa was her controversial partner and husband.

After the show ended, Clarke paid tribute to the character she loved.

“The mother of dragons chapter has taken up the whole of my adult life. The woman has taken up the whole of my heart,” she wrote. “Game of Thrones has shaped me as a woman, as an actor, and as a human being.”

Since Game of Thrones came off-air, Momoa has starred in films to be released like Dune, Sweet Girl, and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.

Clarke has recently been seen in Murder Manual and will star in the 2022 release The Amazing Maurice.
