Kim Kardashian has broken her silence after her estranged husband, Kanye “Ye” West, alluded to the existence of a second sex tape between herself and Ray J.
Kanye West, who recently changed his legal name to Ye, told host Jason Lee during a “Hollywood Unlocked” interview that he previously retrieved a laptop from Ray J, who appeared with Kim in the infamous sex tape released in 2007.
In the interview, Ye shared his thoughts on Kim’s new relationship with Pete Davidson and recalled the exchange with Ray J.
“How you gonna bring me to ‘SNL’ and kiss the dude you dating right in front of me?” he said. “And everybody’s like, ‘Oh, that’s, that’s cool.’ After I went [and] got the laptop from Ray J myself that night, right?”
The rapper continued, “I met this man at the airport. Then got on a red eye came back, delivered it to her at 8:00 a.m. in the morning and then I gave it to her and she cried when she saw it.”
Ye said that Kardashian cried because “it represents how much she’s been used. It represents how much people didn’t love her and they just saw her as a commodity.”
Kardashian has now responded to claims about the alleged footage.
Her rep denied that a second tape exists and said, “After review, there was nothing sexual unseen, only footage on the plane on the way to Mexico and footage at a club and restaurant on the same trip.”
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star’s rep further stated, “Kim remains firm in her belief that there is no new second tape that exists. After 20 years, she truly wishes to move on from this chapter with focus instead on the positive things she continues to do as a mother, entrepreneur and advocate for justice reform.”
Ray J’s manager also made a statement saying, “Ray J is focused on his children, technology company Raycon and his film/tv/music career at the moment, he only wishes Kim & Kanye the best in all of their endeavors and will not be discussing or addressing the past.”
