Love Is Blind’s Mark Cuevas welcomed his first son with his fiancée Aubrey Rainey in an Instagram post on Sunday.
Ace Anothy Cuevas was born Saturday, April 24, at 3:33 pm, weighing 6lb 10 oz.
“Welcome Home Ace Anthony Cuevas,” his post said. “Blessed is an understatement. After 19 hours of labor Aubrey delivered our beautiful baby boy and words cannot describe all the emotions we’ve been feeling for the past 24 hrs. He’s safe, healthy and has his mother’s smile!”
Cuevas went on, saying, “Thank you for everyone that wished us well going in and excited for this next chapter of our life and being a Dad.”
In her own post, Rainey said, “Truly a moment where time stood still. This healthy boy is the biggest blessing we could’ve ever asked for! So excited to be your mommy.”
In a PEOPLE Exclusive, Cuevas said they chose Ace’s name “because of the uniqueness and the meaning behind the name which, of Latin origin, stands for unity and the bringing of everyone together.”
The couple announced their pregnancy back in October with a photoshoot.
In one photo, Rainey is holding a sonogram. In another, Cuevas is holding a letter board that reads, “Our little pumpkin. Baby Cuevas. April 2021.” And in the final photo, Cuevas is wearing a baseball hat that says, “Dad.”
Cuevas and Rainey started dating in July 2020.
Cuevas appeared on the Netflix hit reality show Love Is Blind in 2019. On the show, Cuevas got engaged to co-star Jessica Batten. Cuevas and Batten called off their engagement during their wedding on the show due to their age difference.
